This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Tung Ngo ("we", "us") and governs your use of the Maisonly iOS application ("App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Media Services Terms ("Usage Rules").
The App is free to use for up to five appliances. The optional Maisonly Pro subscription (yearly, auto-renewing) unlocks unlimited appliances and the home summary export.
A 14-day free trial is offered. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the yearly price shown in the App, charged to your Apple ID. Thereafter it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The App generates suggested maintenance schedules from a template library and your inputs. Suggestions are general guidance, not professional advice, and may not suit your equipment, climate, or situation. Follow your equipment manufacturer's documentation. Never perform maintenance you are not qualified or comfortable performing — gas, electrical, and roofing work belongs to licensed professionals.
Photos and details you add stay on your device. We claim no rights in your content and receive no copy of it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage to property or equipment arising from reliance on the App's schedules, reminders, or label-reading output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law, and never more than what you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the App. If we discontinue it while your subscription is active, Apple's refund mechanisms apply. Sections 3 and 5 survive termination.
You and we acknowledge this Agreement is between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App. To the extent the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no obligation to address any claims relating to the App.
